Redway is the closest area to the venue. If you’d like a slightly larger town with more dining and amenities, Garberville is just a 5-minute drive away. We recommend booking early, as we don’t have any hotel blocks reserved.

Getting there
Flying
Redway doesn’t have a commercial airport, so the closest options are:
Arcata-Eureka Airport (ACV) – ~1.5 hours north of Redway
Most convenient for commercial flights from major West Coast cities.
From ACV, you can rent a car to Redway.
Rental car is highly recommended, as public transport in the area is limited.
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
Rent a car. About 5–6 hours drive from Redway.
Good option if you’re combining your trip with a scenic California road adventure.
Driving
From Los Angeles – ~10–11 hours (~650 miles)
Don’t let the drive scare ya! We drive this route all the time. Split the drive in two and stop in San Francisco along the way.
Take I‑5 north through the Central Valley, then connect to Highway 101 north around San Francisco, continuing through Sonoma, Mendocino, and Humboldt Counties.
This is a full day of driving, so plan for rest stops, meals, and gas.
From San Francisco – ~5–6 hours (~300 miles)
Head north on Highway 101 through Sonoma, Mendocino, and Humboldt Counties.
The drive is scenic, especially the stretch along the South Fork Eel River and through the redwoods, perfect for a few photo stops.
Getting around
Parking for the event is still being figured out but will be up when we have the location.
Plan to rent a car in advance. Redway is very rural, and there’s no Uber/Lyft coverage in the area.
